Description

The Environics Series 6100 is a computerized multi-gas calibration system which supports up to three thermal mass flow controllers, an ozone generation module, a mixing zone and reaction chamber for gas phase titration. Additionally the 6100 can be fitted with a NH3 circuit to dilute ammonia without risking the degradation of the ozone circuit. 

The 6100 can be remotely operated, using either of the standard features,  RS232 serial data interface or contact closures.
